Our ‘Women in Trading’ Summer Placement offers female students in their penultimate year of studies a unique opportunity to take their first steps in a career journey with us.
From here, we counteract the under-representation of females within the energy sector, promote greater diversity and adapt to the transforming landscape of opportunities and challenges, from digitalisation to decarbonisation.
Our programme has been designed to highlight our talented women, de-mystify the world of trading and to give you an understanding and insight into a trading career at RWE Supply & Trading. As well as the chance to gain hands on experience and upskill, our interactive sessions will help you to develop confidence in a business setting and feel comfortable to bring your whole self to the workplace.
