Florian joined RWE back in 2012 as a Mechatronics Apprentice - and hasn’t stopped growing since. Between shifts and evening school, he earned his Master of Professional Technical Management and progressed from shift electrician to electronics technician.
Now, as Team Lead Maintenance, Florian’s helping the next generation of technical talent grow too. Proof that when ambition meets support, great things happen.
