What we offer:

We offer a wide range of services related to the repair of large components from wind turbines – for both offshore and onshore wind farms. Our goal is to keep your turbines future-proof and powerful.

  • Our service covers all aspects of spare parts management: from clear identification and description to scheduling and procurement to professional storage – both indoors and outdoors. Indoors, we can store spare parts weighing up to 120 tonnes safely and securely. We collect your spare parts before repair, return them once the work is complete and store them temporarily if necessary. We also support you on site with recording, management and identification of your spare parts, for example in the context of maintenance and repair. With our professional SAP knowledge, quality management and our specially developed SAP applications, we work with you to optimise stock levels and reduce material and storage costs. In addition, we design tailor-made maintenance kits, pack them securely for transport and deliver them on time. Our comprehensive service also includes crane provision, secure shipping and the transport of heavy components – for a reliable supply of spare parts from a single source.

  • Our comprehensive services offer you the highest quality and reliability at every step: starting with dismantling and a comprehensive repair assessment, including a detailed condition report, we use state-of-the-art non-destructive testing (NDT) methods for all common procedures. Blasting and painting work as well as professional cleaning are also part of our range of services. We place particular emphasis on the design and manufacture of fixtures and tools, including certification, to ensure optimum support and safety throughout the entire repair process. Complete and comprehensive documentation of all work, including assembly and test reports, provides reliable evidence for the entire life cycle of your plant. Our services are rounded off by functional and load test runs. In addition, we carry out inspections, condition monitoring and repairs directly at your site.   • In addition to repairing and maintaining large components, we also have in-depth expertise in materials. Our experienced team analyses and evaluates a wide variety of materials and damage cases directly in our state-of-the-art laboratories. We ensure the quality and reliability of your components with service life assessments, mechanical and technological material tests, and non-destructive testing methods such as ultrasonic and X-ray inspections. Modern material analyses – from metallography to scanning electron microscopy – enable meaningful results. We determine the causes of damage, evaluate the results comprehensively and provide targeted recommendations for damage prevention and predictive maintenance. In addition, we carry out on-site inspections, quality controls, manufacturer audits and welding monitoring. Our oil analysis service covers all common lubricants and can be individually adapted. Gearbox repair

  • Dismantling and inspection of gear teeth, bearing seats and roller bearings.
  • Preparation of detailed inspection reports including quotations.
  • Repair with technological upgrade and high-quality spare parts.
  • Reassembly with subsequent load testing (optionally seaworthy packaging).

Blade bearing refurbishment

  • Disassembly and inspection of rolling elements, raceways and cages.
  • Lubricant analyses and metallurgical tests in our own laboratory.
  • Design and manufacture of specific tools, including DNV certification.
  • Assembly and delivery of tower-ready reconditioned components.

Main bearing refurbishment

  • Complete overhaul of the rings, replacement of the rolling elements and cages as well as the seals and attachments.
  • Quality control using state-of-the-art processes and comprehensive testing.

On-site repairs

  • Replacement of components on site.
