Material management, transport services and storage

  • Identification and description of spare parts (spare parts management) as well as planning and procurement.
  • Implementation of transport services, crane provision and temporary storage of components (up to 120 tonnes).

Engineering

  • Design of fixtures and tools.

Materials technology

  • Failure and root cause analyses to prevent future damage (RCA).
  • Comprehensive system assessment through in-house laboratory analysis, FEM analyses, etc.
  • Metallographic and fractographic examinations, SEM analyses, thermal analysis and much more to examine microstructures and material conditions.
  • Strength and toughness tests, including surface crack testing (e.g. ultrasound and X-ray).
  • Analysis and evaluation of gear, hydraulic and transformer oils according to specific requirements, if necessary.
  • App-based order submission and data management.
  • Manufacturer audits and certification of processes according to the highest standards, incoming goods inspections and acceptance tests.
  • Comprehensive welding monitoring.

Gearbox repair

  • Dismantling and inspection of gear teeth, bearing seats and roller bearings.
  • Preparation of detailed inspection reports including quotations.
  • Repair with technological upgrade and high-quality spare parts.
  • Reassembly with subsequent load testing (optionally seaworthy packaging).

Bearing refurbishment

  • Disassembly and inspection of rolling elements, raceways and cages.
  • Lubricant analyses and metallurgical tests in our own laboratory.
  • Design and manufacture of specific tools, including DNV certification.
  • Assembly and delivery of tower-ready reconditioned components.

Main bearing refurbishment

  • Complete overhaul of the rings, replacement of the rolling elements and cages as well as the seals and attachments.
  • Quality control using state-of-the-art processes and comprehensive testing.

On-site repairs

  • Replacement of components on site.
  • Maintenance of systems.
  • Condition monitoring (CMS).

Hydraulic components

  • Repair of hydraulic systems.
  • Maintenance and periodic inspections.
  • Diagnosis and damage assessment.

Electrical systems

  • Repair of electrical systems.
  • Recurring electrical inspections (DGUV V3).

Control technology & communications engineering

While we currently specialise in the repair of large components from wind turbines, our expertise and technology are flexible and will also be available for other industrial applications and energy generation plants in the future.
