Orders at RWE are carried out subject to the terms of delivery and service outlined below as well as additional terms and conditions of individual RWE companies that may be stated in the order. Should you not have these terms and conditions available, you can request them from the contact person named in the order by phone, fax or mail or you can view and download them from the internet. 

Should the terms and conditions be available in both German and English language versions, the version corresponding to the language of your contract shall apply unless stated otherwise. Terms and conditions that are only available in one language may apply to you nonetheless if this is stipulated in your contract.
