Additionally we focus on supporting our graduates on self-organized work in two different ways.

• 1. Structured peer coaching

  Durations	first 2 months of the graduate programme
  Goals / focus	Every team member works toward clearly defined individual goals and receives support / is held accountable by the team Focus is placed on relationship-building and networking within the group
  Methodology	“Go Ahead” model   Goals, progress, challenges, and solutions are discussed in small groups. Groups are meeting weekly and working in an independent and self-organized way, supported by structured methodology (meeting agendas, tools, guidelines) Stage 1 is kicked off shortly after the beginning of the Graduate Programme: introduction to the spirit and attitude of self-organized work and important team working tools Supporting learning materials are provided

• 2. Project work

  Durations	Up to 6 months
  Goals / focus	self-organized project work toward a clearly agreed project outcome
  Methodology	Two project teams with small groups Participants are coordinating their meetings and project work themselves Touchpoints with relevant stakeholders are agreed upon in advance Final presentations in front of a stakeholder team Stage 2 is announced well in advance and kicked off internally involving the mentors: “pitching” and selection of topics that are both relevant to RWE Renewables but also interesting and motivating for the teams. It is concluded with internal project presentations.
  Ongoing support	Each team receives 2 vouchers for team coaching  Compulsory online presentation / pitching training with “dry runs” and feedback ahead of the final presentation
