Leonard from RWE Generation takes us to the Netherlands. His motivation: Our energy for a sustainable life.
Leonard has been with RWE for two years - however, he was previously a trainee in the company and is currently a process engineer, primarily responsible for monitoring and optimization of technical processes in RWE Generations plants. What motivates him every day? "That I have the opportunity to play an active role in the energy transition.” Because he and his team are involved in future projects. One example: The colleagues are currently exploring co-firing bagasse, biomass from sugar cane waste - as a new fuel at Amer power station.
