In this episode, we introduce Pascal. He works at RWE Power and is based in the Rhineland.

Pascal has been with RWE Power since November 2019 and works as a driver in the motor pool in the Rhenish lignite area. "What I like best about my work is that it’s very varied. We use a wide variety of vehicles - from passenger cars to large trucks and Unimogs, on the road and in opencast mines," says Pascal.

Team spirit between colleagues is part and parcel of #TEAMRWE. According to Pascal, a #TEAMRWE player is characterised by the fact that "whether you’re young or old, you help where you can if the other person has problems.

If you ask him how he would describe RWE in three words, the first thing that comes to mind is "flexible". For Pascal, RWE is summed up by the fact that we are "social" and "have a diverse range of activities."
