Welcome to the next generation of graduates in #TeamRWE.

Becoming a globally connected community – and being aware of its energy: that was the goal of our yearly group-wide and cross-OpCo Graduate Event. It was a great opportunity for about 100 of our colleagues to get to know each other and network during a two-day event in Düsseldorf.

“So many participants gave incredible feedback. Not only did the event create a collegial atmosphere, it also helped the graduates to identify with RWE and find their own place in the group. The graduates gain important insights into the various options for developing their career from their predecessors in the respective leadership positions,” says Juliska van Doren on behalf of the organisation team.
