Inclusion is enshrined in our corporate philosophy.

At RWE we offer exciting job opportunities to talented people irrespective of disabilities and constantly work on improving the accessibility in our company. We actively support the training of disabled young people and offer internships for second level students with disabilities. Targets for including people with disabilities are also an integral element of our Code of Conduct, our target agreements and employee appraisals.
