To start as soon as possible, full time / part time, Contractor

You will support the Commercial Operations team responsible to secure income from our asset portfolio in Continental Europe. You will be part of the Commercial Operations Continental Europe team within Commercial Optimization business unit at RWE Renewables. Our team maximizes value from all of our income streams across eight countries. You will work together with other colleagues to secure the best commercial value for our assets across Europe.

Your tasks:

• Develop and improve Excel tools and programs for day-to-day business (Guarantees of Origin & Green Certificates position file, Settlement files, …)  
• Support the administrative and reporting obligations in the RES area
• Support data management process (meters readings, verification, data storing)
• Maintain and update the commercial contracts database (Offtake Agreements, Green Certificates OTC, Guarantees of Origin trades, …)
• Support the team on ad-hoc analysis of current topics

Your profile:

• Enrolled student of Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related subject, Master student preferable
• Learn details quickly (e.g., of subsidy schemes, market specifics)
• Able to work independently, accurately and responsibly
• Good analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail
• Fluent English & Polish required, another European language is a plus
• Good PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
• Basic knowledge of (renewable) energy markets is a plus
• Open-minded and enthusiastic about working in an international and intercultural business environment
